Insulated Thermocol sheets have multiple applications in the construction, HVAC and packaging industries. They can be used in cavity wall, duct and floor insulation, void filling, floor raising and packaging application. High density sheets are recommended for insulation and floor raising applications.

EPS pipe sections are manufactured on "Made to Order Basis" according to the customerï specifications. They are cut into two halves in order to simplify the installation works at the sites.

Sound and Acoustic Insulation: For sound insulation, acoustic sheets like pyramid in dark black colour are also available.

XLPE is chemically crosslinked PE foam. It is produced in continuous rolls resulting in a foam product with uniform, closed cells and smooth skins on both sides. It is light weight, flexible and soft to touch, yet strong, tough and resistant to moisture, many chemicals and temperature extremes.

Bubble wrap insulation is one of the most popular options to insulate the house and other premises these days. It is also an economical option than other traditional thermal insulations. Bubble wrap can be utilized to insulate greenhouse, industrial sheds and windows as well.

Thermocol insulation enables consistency in room temperature by keeping the room cooler in summer and warmer in winter from the outside. It is energy saving as the transfer of heat from inside to outside and vice versa be limited.

It is used as for residential, commercial and industrial insulation. Rockwool is very effective for use as insulation behind and around electrical boxes, wires and pipes. It can fill most wall cavities, leaving virtually no voids. It is also used as spray-on fireproofing material.

Glass wool is an insulating material made from glass fibres. These fibres are arranged using a binder into a texture similar to wool. This process traps small pockets of air between the glass, which give the final product its superior thermal insulation properties.

Glass wool can be used for temperatures of up to 230° C, it is non-combustible and resistant to rot and corrosion, with proper fire-resistant properties. It is also a light insulation material, chemically stable with low moisture absorption and low thermal conductivity.

Nitrile Rubber Sheets are specially designed to highly withstand attacks from oil and solvent products and therefore they are used in making electrical transformers, for sealing, in the food industry, and also in a special application for dielectric oils for electrical installations and equipment. Staring from 6mm to 19mm are readily available with us in stock.

The nitrile tubes are flexible and resilient. With such a high concentration of Nitrile in the composition of the tube, the nitrile rubber tube has limited stretching ability. Applications: Used in fuel line applications and petroleum tanks primarily.

Sound insulation prevents the transmission of noise by the introduction of a mass barrier. Common materials have high-density properties such as brick, concrete, and metal. Sound absorption: a porous material that acts as a “noise sponge” by converting the sound energy into heat within the material.
